The atmosphere of the Fred Harvey Room highlights historical details across the board including the beautifully restored patina leather walls and wood trimmed booths. At the heart of the room lies the main bar, which was newly constructed in the footprint of the original with brass, walnut, and fluted glass, functioning to provide service for eighteen custom beer taps and support the 20-foot long cantilevered light and digital menu boards. The historic ceilings and light fixtures were restored revealing their original stunning colors of deep greens and south-western tones of mustard and rust which are echoed in the one-of-a-kind wall tiles and floor throughout. Simple geometric shapes across the restaurant align with the direction of original architect, Mary Coulter, and her unique vision of Southwestern Mission-Style motif. The Fred Harvey Room features bespoke furniture and lighting, capturing the glamour of the building's original era, while in the true beer hall fashion also boasts custom game tables, pool tables, and shuffleboard.
